This Dragon is seen surrounded by firey wands each a problem and he is finding it hard to find a way to fly clear. By facing these problems one by one they will be extinguished and not allowed to blaze beyond control. One by one he will extinguish the flames and find his way free. This wise creature knows it is hopeless to take all of them on together for if he did he would be consumed by their combined power. A wise word from a wise beast, never take on all your problems together or you will be facing odds against you. But if do this one at a time and you will succeed.
